Shipping & Delivery

For online purchases:

Standard Delivery: We deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days.

We deliver anywhere in Malaysia with the exception of offshore islands and prohibited zones.

Orders are delivered between 10.30 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday, not including public holidays depending on the courier.

If orders are undelivered during the first try, the courier service will contact you to arrange for another delivery attempt or leave a standard delivery notice for self pick up.

The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 or 3 times(based on courier) before returning your order to the warehouse.

If you require additional delivery after that, another round of courier fees will have to be charged.

Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver.

Delivery charges will be included during your check out. Kindly check the amount before you proceed the payment.

  • How much is the shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

  • Can I track my order?

We rely on our shipping partners (Citylink, Pos Laju, Skynet, and any related courier service available to send to your region) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be provided.

  • Where does my order ship from?

All orders are from our local distributor address.
